If you want to use cash app or zelle there is a 5 DOLLAR FEE Late Policy • There is a 15-minute grace period. • After 15 minutes, a $10 inconvenience fee will be added. • After 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, unless the reason for being late is reasonable and communicated. Appointment Confirmation • Your confirmation text will include all necessary details for your upcoming appointment such as: Address Arrival time Remaining balance due How to Send Your Deposit Send your deposit via Cash App: To: $queencheese816 In the note, include: • Your full name • Appointment date • Appointment time Your deposit is included in the final total Hair Preparation • Please arrive with hair washed, properly blow-dried, and free of oils, leave-in conditioners, or products. • Any hair complications must be communicated before your appointment. • If you have missing hair, dry scalp, or similar concerns, please notify me in advance. • If you have a blunt cut, let me know beforehand, as some styles may cause the ends to stick out. • If you are not satisfied, notify me during the appointment so I can fix it immediately. • Once you leave the chair, no fixes or refunds will be provided, unless there is a major issue with the service. • Refunds or fixes will not be given if you simply change your mind after leaving without communicating concerns I am committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
