Booking: Select a service that aligns with either the time you’d like to dedicate to your piece or the quote you’ve received, then choose a date and time that works best for you. Please provide your contact information when submitting your request. If booking through Instagram, include your handle in the description to ensure your request is properly matched. For questions or detailed discussions, direct communication via text at (915) 491-3286 is preferred for the most efficient response. A booking retainer is required at the time of scheduling and is securely processed through the app (listed as “Goldie Booking” on your statement). This retainer reserves your appointment time and is separate from the final cost of your tattoo, helping maintain a streamlined, professional booking experience for committed clients. Policies & Studio Standards: All booking retainers are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. Your retainer will remain valid if you need to reschedule, provided adequate notice is given. In the event of a no-call/no-show, the retainer is forfeited. Please note that retainers also cover the time and effort invested into your custom design and are therefore not refunded once work has begun. - Custom designs are created exclusively for scheduled clients with an active booking. This ensures each piece receives the attention, time, and professionalism it deserves. - Rescheduling is always accommodated when possible. Life happens, and a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is greatly appreciated to allow proper adjustments. Appointments exceeding 20 minutes without notice may be canceled, and the time may be offered to another client. Touch-ups are available starting at a $50 minimum, with pricing adjusted based on the time and work required. However, if you are scheduled for a new tattoo session, minor touch-ups on previous work done by me can be included at no additional cost during that appointment. Aftercare Guidelines Proper aftercare is essential to the healing, longevity, and overall quality of your tattoo. On the night of your session, gently wash your tattoo with an unscented antibacterial soap, apply a light layer of fragrance-free moisturizer, and re-wrap the area before sleep to protect it while it is still an open wound. Clean your tattoo daily using a gentle, unscented soap to remove any buildup of plasma, blood, or residue. Keeping the tattoo clean helps prevent heavy scabbing, which can negatively affect the final result. When moisturizing, use a thin layer of unscented lotion—avoiding heavy or petroleum-based products that may suffocate the skin. Balance is key: over-drying can lead to cracking, while over-moisturizing may cause irritation or improper healing. As your tattoo heals, it will begin a natural peeling process. Allow the skin to shed on its own—do not pick, scratch, or pull at it, as this may damage the ink and prolong healing. Mild itching is normal; apply a small amount of moisturizer as needed to relieve discomfort. You may shower as normal, avoiding prolonged soaking, and light activity can resume after the first couple of days with proper care. Icing the tattoo (after wrapping) can help reduce swelling. Always keep the area clean, especially after sweating or physical activity. Tattoo aftercare is ultimately the client’s responsibility. Following these guidelines ensures the best possible outcome for your piece. If you have any questions or concerns during the healing process, you are always encouraged to reach out. My personal choice for aftercare products are Unscented foaming Dial antibacterial soap. And Jerkins ultra healing lotion. Tegaderm or Saniderm are also great, but consult with me before use.
