* a non-refundable deposit is required for some treatments in order to secure your appointment * i don’t offer refunds of any kind, only a free fix if there’s an issue within 48 hours of treatment * no shows/ last minute cancellations will be charged a fee before being allowed to book in again *upon arrival to your appointment, please ring the bell on the gate and i’ll come out to you!
