Welcome to hair by Steph located at Better Bodies Day Spa. By booking an appointment, you agree to my policies. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. No Show’s will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee. Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time, as I must respect the schedules of other clients. All services are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of service, and I accept various forms of payment. I am not responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises. By using my services, you consent to the use of your personal information for appointment management and marketing purposes. I reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
