Policy (Bethany B’s Beauty) Updated 6th January 2025 Appointments- You will need to pay a non-refundable £10.00 deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit will be taken off the total on the day. For treatments including GLUE and TINT you will need to come for a patch test at least 24/48 hours before the appointment. THIS IS COMPULSORY. I will not lash infill other peoples work, you will need to have a foreign removal and new set. Infills are due every 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks you will be charged a new set. Please turn up to all lash appointments with no eye makeup on, no contact lenses and clean lashes. For other appointments please turn up with the area clean, makeup and oil free. Late fees- If you are 10 minutes late you will be charged a £5.00 late fee. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to pay the remaining appointment price. If you do not pay the fees you will not be able to book another appointment. If you do not turn up to an appointment without letting me know you will be charged the full appointment price. This will been seen as a no show. If you need to reschedule please tell me a minimum of 24 hours before the appointment, so I am able to offer the appointment to someone else. Cancelling or rescheduling under 24 hours will result in you loosing your deposit. Other- I do not give refunds, however if there is something you are unhappy with, I am happy to fix it. Please message me with any questions or queries. If you are bringing anyone else to your appointment, please notify me beforehand and only bring if necessary. Examples being your lift or your parents if under the age of 16 years and you want them present. Please do not bring any animals to your appointment for hygiene and allergy reasons.
