Booking Fee A £30 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment via bank transfer or cash. Rescheduling & Cancellations Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the booking fee is non-transferable and a new booking fee will be required to rebook. Infills Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks, depending on lash retention. At least 50% of lashes must remain for an infill appointment. Appointments made after 4 weeks will be charged as a full set. If insufficient lashes remain, please book a removal & full set. ‼️ Please note: I do not infill work done by other lash technicians. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Arriving 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled. No-shows will be restricted from making future bookings. Before Your Appointment Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and no contact lenses in. If you attend with eye makeup on, a £15 cleaning fee will apply.
