Quality over Quantity: * Bellissima Nails is not an express salon, time is taken to provide a luxury service and to give you nails you love. Salon Policies: * Services are by appointment only; walk-in bookings are not accepted. * Nail extensions are available for clients aged 16 or older. * Babies and toddlers are not permitted in the salon due to health and safety regulations, as well as the use of dangerous chemicals. This is a young child-free space where you can feel relaxed and pampered. * Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, which includes my home and salon. Please respect this policy. * Refreshments are provided in the salon. If you bring your own coffee, please dispose of the cup in the red rubbish bin outside the front door. * My space is designed for one client at a time. If you plan to bring someone with you to your appointment, please check with me first. * When arriving, please park on the road outside or in the driveway's spare car space beside the Bellissima Nails sign (until 5 pm). Appointment Times: * New clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit/booking fee of $30 to secure their appointment time, it will be deducted from the final service charge. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time, this fee will be forfeited and will not transfer to any future appointments. * As a courtesy, new clients should arrive five minutes early for consultation before their service begins. * Punctuality is essential; if you're 10 minutes late for your appointment, I'll offer a shortened service or suggest rescheduling. A delay of 15 minutes or more counts as a no-show; hence I'll have to cancel your booking automatically while forfeiting all deposits/booking fees. Cancellations: * Please give me at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation inside 48 hour timeframe results forfeiture of any deposit/booking fees paid and will not be transfered to another appointment except under special circumstances approved by Bellissima Nails. * No shows will result in no rebooking and deposit/ booking fee forfeiture. Health and Safety: * If I’m sick, I’ll let you know asap to reschedule. Please, if you’re sick, let me know so I can reschedule your appointment. * Please don’t turn up if you’re unwell, because it affects not only me but also other clients who depend on my work. * No shows result in no rebookings * I reserve the right to refuse service if any nail or surrounding skin contraindications are present and will advise a visit to your GP. Payment Options: * Payment methods include Eftpos or cash to be paid at the end of service. Refunds Policy: * Services rendered cannot be refunded because both my product and time were used during those services * In the case where there's an issue with application, I require dated photos sent within 48hrs from initial application to qualify for free repairs and to be booked at my earliest convenience * Bellissima nails cannot be held responsible if proper aftercare was not followed. Comprehensive guidelines on aftercare procedures are available both in-person (at the salon) and online (on Facebook and Instagram pages). * Changing one's mind does not justify a refund, as there are sufficient opportunities available prior to departure from the premises to ensure that satisfactory levels have been achieved.
