Policy and Terms

PLEASE DO NOT ADD ANY NOTES FOR DEPOSITS/ FINAL BALANCES ARE CASH ONLY. 🫧 DEPOSIT/REMAINING BALANCES A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment time. YOUR DEPOSIT CAN BE SENT VIA ZELLE/CASHAPP. Deposit should be sent within 10 minutes of booking your appointment to maintain fair booking opportunities for every client. Deposit goes towards final balance. All FINAL BALANCES must be paid in CASH ONLY. Please do not leave notes in your deposit notes as this will prevent me from being able to accept any electronic payments 🫧 LOCATION Location will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. Please do not share this address with any other potential clients you may know! All clients booking through me according to policies listed will receive address directly from me. 🫧 GRACE PERIOD We have a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes $10 will be added to your final balance. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. This is to ensure all appointments remain on schedule. 🫧CANCELLATIONS I understand things come up and I’m very accommodating so I just ask that you please reach out to cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance in order to honor your deposit for rescheduled appointment. Deposits may only be used to reschedule once. 🫧 EXTRA GUESTS No extra guests or children. This prevents me from giving you the best service/ experience. I am home based and do not have any extra space for clients that are not being serviced. 🫧NAIL HEALTH PLEASE ARRIVE WITH HEALTHY BARE NAILS UNLESS BOOKED FOR SOAK OFF.
