Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. However if you should give less than 48 hours notice you will be liable to pay 50 % of groom price and no further booking will be made until this has been settled. 

An additional £10 matting fee will be added if your dog is severely matted. 

An additional £20 fee will be added if your dog is covered with fleas and they will needed to be collected ASAP . Please do not bring if they do have fleas to your knowledge. 

An additional £5 per every 15 minutes late will be added. Lateness will put an add on effect to the rest of the day and other clients. 

This is the first time we have used Bella’s Pooch Spa and were very impressed with the grooming our two cockapoos received. We will definitely use them again

Very happy with the groom, attention to detail and care with grooming both dogs is appreciated as they're both older and have some growths etc, so extra care is really needed when grooming them.  Very happy to have found Catherina, booked our next appointment already.

She didn’t seem stressed like she normally does after a groom, which says a lot. I’ll definitely be coming back. highly recommend!

Catherina has been grooming my  two spaniels for several years.   Her professional, caring and relaxed style  has a wonderful calming effect on them.   They go in happy, come out happy and look amazing.   Catherina gives a personal service working on only one dog at a time in a very safe environment.    I am shortly moving but will continue to use Catherina’s services.   Catherina  is an excellent groomer.

Such a lovely lady! Booking is always easy, and her beautiful new venue is spotless and equipped with excellent tools. I recently took my working dog to Bella’s Pooch Spa for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Bella is a lovely lady warm, professional, and clearly passionate about what she does. With summer just around the corner, I asked for a nice, short trim for my Springer Spaniel that would last, and she delivered exactly what I was hoping for. The process was quick and stress-free, and I felt completely confident leaving my dogs in her care. I’ll definitely be returning.
