1. Rescheduling & Cancellations
      Life happens—we totally get it! Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

2. Running Late?
      If you’re more than 20 minutes late, we might need to shorten your service time, and there could be a small additional fee. Please try to arrive on time so we can give you the full experience 💇‍♀️✨

3. Missed Appointments
     If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service fee may be charged. Thank you for understanding!

4. Payment Options
     We accept cash, Zelle, and credit cards—whatever’s easiest for you!

5. Service Add-ons & Changes
     Want to add a treatment or change things up during your visit? We’re happy to accommodate when possible! Just note that additional charges may apply.
