Ben je te laat? Na 15 min zijn we helaas genoodzaakt om je afspraak te cancellen. In verband de volgende afspraken die we hebben staan. De aanbetaling vervalt hierbij. Mocht je binnen 15 min er zijn ons dan graag spoedig hiermee op de hoogte houden en een berichtje sturen via whatsapp ‪+31 6 10674537‬.  Wij zijn alleen op dit nummer te bereiken door te appen. Bellen is helaas niet mogelijk. 

We zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor file of andere gebeurtenis, dus vertrek aub tijdig van uw locatie.

Bij een afzeggening buiten 24 uur van de geplande afspraak komt de aanbetaling te vervallen en worden er geen verdere kosten in rekening gebracht. Als u uw afspraak echter verplaatst, wordt uw aanbetaling automatisch overgezet naar uw toekomstige boeking.

Aanbetalingen worden niet gerestitueerd bij het cancellen of annuleren van je afspraak  24 uur van te voren. Bij een no-show word het aanbetaling ingehouden. 100% van het gehele bedrag word in rekening gebracht.
