Depósito
• Se requiere un depósito de $25.00, el cual se descontará únicamente el día de su cita.
• Los depósitos no son reembolsables en caso de cancelación o no presentación.
• Si necesita reprogramar su cita, debe hacerlo con al menos 24 horas de anticipación utilizando el email de confirmación de su cita. Al hacerlo dentro del tiempo establecido, su depósito se transferirá automáticamente a la nueva fecha.
• Reprogramaciones realizadas con menos de 24 horas de anticipación pierden el depósito.

Confirmación del Depósito
Una vez realizado el depósito, debe enviar evidencia del pago vía mensaje de texto o WhatsApp al 📲 787-556-3544.

⏰ Late Fee (Llegadas tardías)
• Se otorgan 10 minutos de gracia.
• Luego de ese tiempo, si desea ser atendida, se aplicará un cargo adicional de $15.00 (late fee).
• La atención quedará sujeta a disponibilidad de tiempo.

❌ Cancelaciones
• Tiene hasta 24 horas antes de su cita para reprogramar utilizando el enlace del email de confirmación.
• Cancelaciones el mismo día requieren el pago total del servicio.
• Para poder agendar una nueva cita luego de una cancelación el mismo día, deberá:
	1.	Pagar la totalidad del servicio cancelado
	2.	Realizar nuevamente un depósito de $25.00
• De no cumplirse lo anterior, no se otorgará una nueva cita.

Deyaneira is bilingual so that made our visit easier. My mother is 87 and has mobility problems - Deyaneira was so helpful getting her into and out of the chair and to the car afterwards! 
Deyaneira LISTENED to my story (last salon, not the cut I wanted) and showed me how we will progress over the next 4 months to get that hairstyle back.

Finally! It took me 4 months of trial with nothing but errors to come upon skilled nail technicians at Kairos. Boutique style salon with dedicated services and a high quality experience for both my husband and myself. Mani/Pedi was excellent!  Kairos will be my go to nail salon.
