Before your visit, I’d like to share a few important details so i can serve you better: Consultations & Patch Testing To ensure the best and safest results for your treatments, you may require a consultation or patch test prior to certain services. Consultations: Some services, such as lash extensions require a brief consultation to discuss your goals. Not all treatments require a consultation, but if you're unsure, just ask when booking! Patch Testing: If you’re a new client and book in for lash extensions, lash lifts or tinting then a patch test is needed to check for any potential allergic reactions. These are typically done at least 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure your safety. I will be in contact with you to arrange this before your appointment. The appointment cannot go ahead without. Booking & Cancellations Bookings: All appointments must be booked in advance. You can easily schedule your appointment online or through our app. Cancellations: I do understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. This allows me to offer your spot to someone else who may need it. Late Arrivals: If you’re running late, please let me know! I’ll do my best to accommodate you, but please note that your appointment may be shortened to ensure the next client is seen on time. No-Show Policy I totally understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. However, no-shows can disrupt my schedule. If you miss an appointment without notice, the full fee of the appointment must be paid otherwise you will not be able to rebook in again. Payment & Fees Payment Methods: CASH ONLY - this is temporary until June Deposit: Some services may require a deposit to confirm your booking, especially for longer appointments or special treatments. I want you to leave feeling amazing! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your service, please let me know within 24 hours of your appointment.
