Policy and Terms
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be used toward your future booking. Please note that ALL hair should be cleaned and detangled and blow dried prior to appointment . Otherwise the service fees will be added. 1.ALL SUNDAY BOOKINGS are an additional $20 added . 2. Extra Time Fee for Kids: If a child is unable to remain still and the appointment exceeds the scheduled time, an additional charge will be applied based on the extra time required. 3. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Policy for Kids: Parents are required to drop off their child for their appointment. A notification will be sent ahead of time for pick-up once the service is nearly complete. This policy helps to maintain a comfortable and organized environment by reducing overcrowding in the salon. Thank you for your continued patronage!
