to ensure a smooth experience during this appointment, please review and adhere to the following guidelines:

Please park along the road in front of the house or the right side of the garage.  
upon arrival, kindly send me a message rather than coming straight to the door. i will notify you via text when i'm ready for you to come in.  

Please aim to arrive on time - not too early or late.  

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be turned away and charged the full remaining balance of their appointment.  

All deposits are non refundable. 

Failure to show up for your appointment will result in paying for the full appointment.  

Changes (cancelling/rescheduling) to your appointment must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in paying 100% of the appointment.

I have been to a few lash techs over the years and Tahlia is by far one of the best.  She takes the time to understand what you are after and understands face shapes (which is important for making sure the lashes suit you). Her lashes are amazing (she hand makes some of them) and the retention you get from them is exceptional - three weeks between infills and they still look full. A very talented lash tech and I could not be happier. X
