Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will require you to pay the full amount, or all future apps will be cancelled. This is due to me not being able to fill the appointment slot.
