Policy and Terms
Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. If cancelled after the 48hr mark you will be charged for 80% of the appointment cost. do not offer refunds on services under any circumstance however I will happily fix any issues free of charge. If you’d like a silent appointment please let me know at the time of booking. All appointments CAN last up to the time stated, this is not guaranteed as times vary.
