Beauty and the Bri

Deposits: 
Deposits are required for new clients. The amount of the deposit differs between services and goes towards the total cost of your appointment. 
No-Show/Cancellations:
In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. In the event that you “no show”, you cannot get your deposit back and will be charged a no show fee.
Right to Refuse:
I have the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately, or can pose a threat to my business. 
Head Lice: 
If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon I will NOT be able to complete the service the same day. I will be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed. 
Refunds:
If you are unhappy with your service, I will gladly work with you to fix it! You must message or call me within 72 hours of your original service and book another appointment. No refunds will be given due to the nature of the service. 
Payment: 
Full payment is due at the time of service. Cashapp, Venmo, Card, and Cash is accepted .  No Checks or PayPal will be accepted. 

By booking with me, you acknowledge that you have read ALL policies and have addressed any concerns with me prior to your appointment. You give your permission to perform the hair service procedure we have discussed and agree to hold me harmless from any liability that may result from the service.

You have provided an accurate account of any questions asked, including all known allergies, prescription drugs, and products you are currently ingesting or using topically. You understand that I will take every precaution to minimize or eliminate negative reactions. You are willing to follow the recommended home care regimen to help prevent or reduce possible reactions. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding your service or home care, you will consult me immediately.

You also acknowledge that previous chemical services—including but not limited to hair color, bleach, perms, or relaxers—not performed by me may impact the results of today’s service. I am not responsible for unexpected reactions or outcomes due to undisclosed or unknown prior treatments. Any corrective work needed as a result of previous services performed elsewhere may require additional appointments and costs.

By proceeding with your appointment, you certify that you have read and fully understand the above information. You have had sufficient opportunity for discussion and have had all your questions answered. You understand the service, accept the risks, and do not hold me responsible for any conditions that were present but not disclosed at the time of service, which may be affected by the service performed today.
