The Studio Boundaries: Respect the After Hours. Respect the Time. 💳📍 THE DEPOSIT & TRAVEL VERIFICATION To lock in your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Mobile travel fees are calculated based on your address and verified upon booking prior to final deposit approval. ✨ THE CLEAN SLATE (NO FOREIGN FILLS) Let’s start fresh. To protect the health of your natural lashes and guarantee optimal retention, I do not fill over work performed by other technicians. If you are currently wearing extensions from another tech, please select Lash Removal (Add-On) alongside your desired Full Set so we can safely remove them and build a brand-new set. ⏱️ THE LATE ARRIVAL (GRACE PERIOD) We love a grand entrance. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may require rescheduling. This keeps the next appointment on track. A late fee of $15 applies to your set. Anything pass 20 minutes and will be a full cancellation with 100% full payment charged. 🗓️ THE AFTER HOURS MAINTENANCE (FILLS) Keep your look crisp and full. You must have 40% of lashes remaining. Lashes must be filled within 3.5 weeks. Less than 40% or past 3.5 weeks is a full set. 🔄 THE PIVOT (CANCELLATIONS) Life happens. Reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the deposit. 👻 NO-SHOWS "Ghosting" isn't the vibe. No-shows are charged 50% of the service fee. Future bookings may be restricted. 🫧 CLEAN CANVAS Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Cleaning time steals from your application time. Less cleaning means more time for your precise lift. 🚗 MOBILE TRAVEL FEE SCHEDULE Clients must provide a clean, safe setup area on the main entry level of the home. Due to the equipment required for mobile services, I am unable to transport equipment up or down stairs. Mobile Travel Fee Schedule To continue providing mobile services throughout the St. Louis area, travel fees may apply based on distance from my service area. Tier 1 (Up to 10 Miles) — +$25 North County, Downtown St. Louis, and surrounding areas. Tier 2 (10–15 Miles) — +$40 Central West End, Shaw, Clayton, Ladue, and nearby areas. Tier 3 (15–20 Miles) — +$55 Kirkwood, Webster Groves, and extended-service areas. Travel fees are determined by appointment location and may vary based on distance. Certain promotional appointments, model sessions, and special bookings may have adjusted travel fees at my discretion. 🏠 MOBILE APPOINTMENT SETUP REQUIREMENTS As a solo mobile provider, my personal safety is my top priority. For all home-visit appointments, the environment must be completely free of male guests, partners, or residents for the entire duration of the session. My private session policy also requires that no other individuals (including children or pets) be present in the working room. If a male resident or guest is present upon my arrival, the service will be canceled immediately, and the full cancellation fee will apply.
