Policy and Terms

Clients should arrive on time for their appointments, In order to respect both the salon staff and clients time. If you arrive late the salon may miss service from another client. If its a case of emergencies we ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours. A non-refundable fee of $2000 is to be paid to secure your appointment. You should make this payment via bank transfer or in cash after i confirmed your appointment . Once the deposit or transfer is made ensure to share or send a screenshot of receipt. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or via bank transfer when the service is completed. If your hair is wash and clean before coming but hasn't blow out properly , you'll be charge $500 for a blow out service. Clients are expected to treat the salon staff with respect, As the staff should respect the clients also. Disruptive behavior can lead to the termination of services.
