BEAUTY CODE STUDIO POLICIES  BOOKINGS/DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS A non- refundable booking fee (deposit) is required for all bookings. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit been paid and therefore will be available for others to book until you complete your booking. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or via bank transfer on the day. Full payment must be paid before you leaving your appointment.  RESCHEDULING/ CANCELATIONS I required 48 hr notice If you like to change your appointment date, and your deposit can be moved together to new date. You are allowed to reschedule appointment date only once. If less than 48 hr notice is given, your deposit will be lost. If you are late your appointment still be carried out whit what time we have left and you will be charged the full appointment price. All appointments are conducted on a one-to-one basis to ensure the highest standard of care and attention. For this reason, accompanying persons and children are not permitted during appointments. If you arrives with a child, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. Please note that in such cases, the deposit will be lost.  ISSUES/ COMPLAINTS Refunds will not be given under any circumstance due to the time and products used. Free nail fix will be offered, all issues must be raised in 72 hours after appointment. In case of Hair extensions issues aftercare warranty kit (shampoo, conditioner, and heat protector spray) must be purchase to be able to raise any issues with hair installation. By paying deposit you are confirming, you have read and agreed to all of the above.
