Cancellations and rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will incur a charge equal to the full cost of the service. Tenant parking is available for our customers. To ensure a comfortable environment, no extra guests or children are permitted in the salon; please make necessary arrangements in advance. For your safety and privacy, our door remains locked between appointments. Upon arrival, please remain in your vehicle and send a text message to notify us.
