Policy and Terms
Booking Policy All appointments must be booked in advance via message or through the booking system. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, the appointment will be released. Cancellations & Rescheduling >Cancel or reschedule with 72+ hours notice → Deposit (50%) is retained and able to move once to a different date & time. > Cancel or reschedule within 48 hours or No-Show → An additional 50% (100%) is required before re-booking. > Deposits can only be moved to a new appointment once. After this a new deposit is required Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be marked as a no-show or shortened to a simpler service if time does not allow. Refunds & Fixes No refunds are given. Fixes are offered within 48 hours at my discretion (excluding damage from poor aftercare). Health & Safety Arrive make-up free for lash or brow treatments. If unwell, please reschedule to avoid spreading illness. Patch tests are required at least 48 hours before tints, lifts, or laminations. Age Restrictions Clients must be 16+ years old. Aftercare Aftercare advice will be provided. Not following it may affect results and any fixes offered.

The Essential Patch Test
Your safety and comfort are always my priority. A patch test is a quick and simple appointment carried out at least 48 hours before certain treatments, such as tints, lifts and laminations. A small amount of product is applied to the skin to check for any sensitivities or reactions, ensuring your treatment is completely safe, comfortable, and tailored to you. This essential step is part of my commitment to providing gentle, luxury treatments with your wellbeing at the heart of every service.
