Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.  All appointments will be confirmed once the booking fee has been received. 

Cancellations 
Please give at least 48 hours notice of cancellations.  Any cancellations 24 hours or less will require full  payment minus the booking fee due to short notice and being unable to fill the slot. 

No Shows
Full payment is required for no show appointments. Any future appointments must be paid for upfront, before the appointment.
