Welcome to Beauty By K! Women only! To ensure a relaxing and professional experience for all our clients, please review our policies below. Appointments and Bookings: Appointments can be made online or by phone. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the treatment, to allow time for check in and consultation. Cash and bank transfers accepted. (Preferred method of payment is cash for the remainder of the treatment). Cancellation and No Shows: In the case of rescheduling or cancelling your appointment, be sure to let us know 48 hours prior to the treatment. That deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. If the cancellation or rescheduling is made after the 48 hour mark, deposits will not be added to future bookings and you will lose it. Incase of a no show, the client will be charged the remainder of the treatment. Late Arrivals: If the client is more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will lose your deposit and you will be charged the remainder of the treatment. Right to refuse services: As a self-employed beauty therapist, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services, if I believe it may compromise your health, my safety or the professional standards of my business.
