Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. A late cancellation is avoidable. However, life is unpredictable, and we, of course, understand that. In some cases, there is an unavoidable problem such as illness, hospitalisation, and transport failure. We, of course, take this into consideration. Clients' non-attendance does cause problems. Late cancellations and non-attendance means that we are unable to offer our time to other clients waiting for appointments. Beauty by Dana applies the below charges to allow to cover administrative cost, and hopefully, it acts as a minor deterrent. We are more than happy to help move your appointment as long as you give us enough notice. If not, there may be a charge as stated below: Cancelling under 24 hours before your appointment = 50% of the booked treatments . Cancelling under 12 hours before your appointment = 75% of the booked treatments. Cancelling under 2 hours before your appointment or No Show = 100% of the booked treatments. We ask that clients pay all cancellation and non-attendance charges prior to the next appointment, or you won't be able to book with us again. Beauty by Dana reserves the right to pass on any debts that remain outstanding for 3 months after the appointment date to a debt collector. The debtor may incur debt collecting charges (typically a 40% surcharge on outstanding debt).
