Policy and Terms

Clients of Beauty By Coco may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide timely notice or no call no show will result in a fee charged to the client. There is an 9 minute grace period after that a $15 fee is applied to balance. By booking an appointment with Beauty By Coco, clients agree to abide by these policies. Coco reserves the right to refuse service to any client who repeatedly violates these policies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
