Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full treatment cost. Unpaid fees will result in refusal of future bookings. Late arrivals may result in appointment cancellation and a charge. Clients must arrive alone, use the restroom prior to appointment as there are no toilet facilities, and arrive with clean lashes. No infilling of lashes done by other technicians. Payment by card or cash only and no refunds permitted.
