Any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be required to pay a non refundable booking fee before making a new appointment. ** Gift Vouchers - no show or cancellations within 24hrs will result in the voucher being taken as full payment of missed appointment and no longer valid ** Failure to comply with these policies may result in additional fees or restrictions on booking future appointments.
