There is a deposit fee required at time of booking, this is to ensure your appointment slot. If for any reason you need to cancel, it must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment time, otherwise your deposit will be kept. You will have a 15 minute grace period from your appointment time before your appointment is canceled and your deposit is kept.
