Policy and Terms

Deposit to be paid when booking appointment. (Deposits are non-refundable or transferable) *CASH ONLY* payment on the day of treatment. No card payments or bank transfers. If you arrive without cash you will need to go to the bank. If you book an appointment at Beautsy you consent and agree to the below terms and conditions regarding our cancellation/rescheduling policy, • 50% of treatment to be paid if cancelled within 72 hours notice. • 100% of treatment to be paid if cancelled/rescheduled within 24/48 hours notice or the day before appointment. • No shows will be charged full price of treatment. Payment will automatically be collected from your bank card that is stored on your account. When storing your card details on file for the booking you consent to your card being attempted for payment if you cancel, reschedule or not show your appointment. If you require a patch test, it is your responsibility to organise this with myself. Patch tests are best booked 24-48 hours in advance of appointment. Thank you 🩷
