Late Policy

	•	If you are running late, please communicate by sending me a message.
	•	A $50 late fee will be applied if you are more than 15 minutes late . 
	•	After 25 minutes, your appointment will be canceled (NO EXCEPTIONS).
	
No Call/No Show Policy

	•	Failing to show up or notify me will result in a charge of 100% of your last booked service 
	

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

	•	Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
	•	Same-day cancellations or rescheduling will result in a charge of 100% of your last booked service .
	

NOTE 
 A grace period of 3 days is given to book your reschedule appointment or you will be charged 100% of your last booked service. And be required to pay for next booked service in full or you will be black listed .
