Your appointment time is valuable to us. We want to make sure you receive the best service possible during your appointment. 
To help us do this, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel or adjust the time. We’re happy to help you reschedule. 
Because each appointment time is reserved for a valued client, we ask that you let us know if you’re running late or can’t make it. Failure to give us 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee and failure to give us 24 hours notice will result in a charge of the full treatment cost.
No shows will also be charged at the full amount and will be required to pay a fee when booking a future appointment. 🌻

Excellent experience - would highly recommend

Once again Jo did amazing with my nails,   they are beautiful. One of my nails had split and she reassured me this could be sorted with a false nail attached,   this is to to allow my own nail to heal. She is so professional and friendly and nothing is too much bother.

Just been to Jo for her Glam package for my son's wedding. Very pleased indeed with my nails, lashes and brows (she worked a wee miracle on my toes!). Been twice now for my eyebrows with Jo and will be going back again. Very happy 

Never get my nails done by anyone but , I got a voucher from a friend for my birthday for beautified by Jo. Had my nails and my toes done today .
From the moment I entered the the premises it was a lovely experience. Jo is so lovely , and so is her place .
I was a bit nervous about getting my toes done as don’t like feet , but I needent have worried as both toes and feet a beautiful with my gel nail polish .
Would recommend highly and definitely will be back.
