•Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. • If you get 2 "no show" on the app, wich mean that you don't show up to your appointment, to book again you gonna have to pay double! • If you're late and you still want to save your spot, you gonna have to make a deposit no refundable of the haircut value. • I respect your time, so I hope you do the same!
