Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Bearcat All 4 Paws LLC. We require a $40.00 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion.
