Please give us 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid incurring a “no-show” or cancellation fee of 50% of your booked grooming fee. 

If a dog cannot be groomed due to its nature/behaviour or condition, this is considered a cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply. 

Full T&Cs are available upon request.

Neither of my farm dog spaniels had been properly groomed before. They were happy to hop into the trailer and came out looking and smelling great. I’d heartily recommend!

A great professional service, John, made our dog, Teddy feel at ease during the groom. Will definitely be using them again.

First experience of a groom and a van  for a 10 month old nervy dog,  Alex had him sorted within minutes and he was in the van getting his pamper session. 45 min later and out he strolls looking like a proud prince. EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT PRICE, VERY PROFESSIONAL would highly recommend and I have already booked his next one....Well Done B&B

Onislty I can not fault these in anyway! So organised, messages you day before to remind appointment and what to do. What i found very helpful for me as I always forgetting something with a busy life ha.  Explianed how my dog is and why I struggle, John was so good and gave reassurance also advice on other stuff what was really helpful. Bruno came in happy and smelling beautifully. Definitely recommend and Bruno will definitely see you guys agian ☺️

Wonderful experience for big Dottys de-shed and bath today. Lots of people have declined to groom her just due to her size, (she’s a Rottweiler mix)  however Alex wasn’t phased and just took her with ease to groom, dotty came back happy and excited and smelling amazing! Thank you

Fantastic service! Asked how I wanted my dog cut. Friendly and polite on arrival and handing dog back. My dogs come back looking perfect just how I like her and smelling fresher than ever, booked straight in for her next cut.

I couldn’t recommend Alex enough.  She is so good with my dog and makes him feel so calm and chilled out. He smells amazing after each appointment and his skin is so shiny and soft.

Alex  looked after our first dog for several years and now she has  met our two 17 month old puppies  for their first groom.  She was brilliant with them as she has  a calm and reassuring approach  which gains their trust.

Alex did a fantastic job grooming our English bulldog, Dolly! She came in looking gorgeous, feeling fresh, and smelling absolutely beautiful. Her coat is soft, her folds are perfectly cleaned, and she’s strutting around like she knows she’s fabulous. 🐾

 Alex was professional, and so good with Dolly,You can tell she truly cares and she got the royal bum wiggle of approval.

Wonderful service. First introduction wash and it was fantastic. I can not fault anything Alex was really fabulous dealing with my cocker spaniel who can be very nervous around new people. Over the moon. Will definitely be booking in again.

Booked an appointment for my frenchie millie with Alex. On the day of appointment Alex arrived and introduced herself and made me feel at ease as my dog is very anxious around new people. We have a whippet who didn't like his nails cut and got quite sreessed.  My daughter contacted Bath and Barks explained the situation.  Alex arrived and put our dog and us at ease.  Success and now has had his 3rd visit and he is not stressed  and now has his nails cut it has made such a difference and no longer an issue. This was Rockos 1st time of a pampering session and seems he loved it he came back smelling lovely n fresh, lasted bout 15mins before he was rolling round in dirt lol, will definitely be using again. Have even recommended to friends.

Having recently moved to the area I was looking for a groomer for my working cocker spaniel. Poppy is nervous but John  quickly made friends with her and groomed her beautifully! I would  highly reccomend.
