To create the best possible experience and results for you, I do have a few important policies in place: Pregnancy & Nursing- For your safety, I kindly ask that you wait until after pregnancy and nursing to book services. Your health and your baby’s health always come first. Previous Cosmetic Tattoos- If you’ve had your brows, eyeliner, or lips tattooed before, please reach out by call, text, Instagram, or Facebook before booking. I offer a FREE consultation to assess your current work and determine if removal is needed before we move forward. Anytime I work over another artist’s work, it is considered a Correction Service. A $75 Correction Fee applies to allow the extra care and time needed to give you results I’m proud to stand behind. Arrival & Rescheduling- I completely understand that life gets crazy—and let’s be real, sometimes shit happens! Many of my clients are nurses, teachers, coaches, artists, cosmetologists, therapists, stay-at-home moms, and more. We all live unique, demanding lives, and I recognize that unexpected things can arise. When they do, effective communication is everything. By keeping me in the loop, we can work together to find a solution that fits your schedule, keeps your stress low, and ensures my calendar flows smoothly, too. With that said, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule so that I can give you (and all clients) the full attention you deserve. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so your retainer can transfer to your new appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a non-refundable retainer. The Perfecting Appointment- Permanent cosmetics are a two-step process. Your complimentary Perfecting Appointment, scheduled 6–8 weeks after your initial session, is essential for the best results. This is where we fine-tune, adjust, and perfect your look!
