Policy and Terms

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a small business, cancellations and no-shows greatly impact our schedule and other clients waiting for openings. Please review our policy below before booking: Cancellations & Reschedules: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. After 3 rescheduled appointments you will be removed from our booking list. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments. Card on File: A valid card is required to book all appointments. Charges will only be applied if the policy terms above are violated. We Understand Life Happens: We know emergencies or unexpected events can occur. If you contact us as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate you and handle it with care. Thank you for respecting our time and supporting a small business. Your understanding helps us serve all clients better!
