Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before appointment. 
A cancellation fee will be required if deemed necessary to rebook. 

If you fail to attend your appointment it will result in a charge of 40% of the scheduled service that will be added to your next appointment as a no-show fee before you can rebook.

We brought our 9-month-old Cocker Spaniel in for his very first groom, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He’s not a fan of the shower or the dryer, so we were a bit nervous. But Becky did an amazing job and he came out looking fantastic. Even more importantly, he didn’t seem stressed or put off by the whole experience, which says a lot about how well she handled him. Thanks Becky!!

Becky always does an excellent job grooming our dog, Daisy. Daisy can be a tricky customer but Becky looks after her so well and she comes home looking beautiful. Booking is easy and Becky is lovely to deal with.

Harley can be a very nervous/sensitive dog with groomers (especially with his front paws) but Becky is great with him and he looks great too!
