Policy and Terms
All pets must be current on Rabies, Parvo & Distemper. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Same-day cancellations will incur a $60 fee. No-shows are subject to a $75 fee. Peak Holiday Season: We understand the holidays can be busy. However, due to extremely high demand during peak holiday periods (including Thanksgiving and Christmas), cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will require full payment for the scheduled appointment. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep our schedule running smoothly!
