This includes retinols, retina, any form of acne topical or prescription . This will thin out your skin and make your skin lift. VERY important to disclose this information. •Please insure you ARE showered for all intimate waxes, no lotions or deodorants etc. for brow waxes preferably no make up if possible. •NON refundable deposit is REQUIRED for all services. A 50% deposit is required for all services over $30. A $10 minimum deposit is required for smaller services under $35. The deposit goes towards your waxing services! •Must rebook canceled appointments within 2 weeks (14 days) of original appointment or a new deposit will be required. •Must receive deposit to hold your appointment. If I have not received deposit 24+ hours before appointment then your appointment will be canceled. •Must be paid electronically. (Cash is also accepted after your service is provided, not for deposits) preferably cash app, or Apple Pay. Please Message me for link! •When you arrive please STAY IN YOUR car until I let you know I’m ready for you. Please wait until I message you “I’m ready” before coming up to my door. Please no knocking or ringing door bell. Thank you. •For night appointments, I sometimes run a couple minutes behind please be patient with me. •There is a 5 MINUTE late policy if you will be later then that and have not touched bases with me then your appointment will be canceled and listed as a no show. You will forfeit your deposit as well. •Must give me no less than a 24 hour notice to cancel services AND reschedule or you will forfeit your deposit as well. •If you cancel or reschedule your service day of you will forfeit your non refundable deposit,there are NO exceptions, make sure to be in contact with me! I’m a very small business and when you cancel last minute that’s time another customer could have came in and I lose out. •NO guests or children with you at your appointments. •My time is valuable, and my availability isn’t much so please be considerate of my time and services.
