All bookings are requests and aren’t confirmed until I’ve accepted them on my end. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your appointment is approved. No plus ones. Due to limited space, please attend your appointment alone. A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable. Please arrive on time. Avoid early or late arrivals unless agreed beforehand. When you arrive, please drop me a message to let me know you’re here. Once I’m ready, I’ll let you know and come to the door to let you in 🤍 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or a 50% fee will apply. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% and must be paid before rebooking. New clients: my address will be sent on the morning of your appointment once attendance is confirmed. I do not offer refunds on any service. If there is an issue with your treatment, I will always offer a fix where possible. For infills, you must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining or this will be full set. Anything over 3 weeks will also be a full set.
