**Policy and Terms for BRAID PALACE**

Located at 109 Minus Ave, Suite C6, Garden City, GA 31408, in the Foodlion Shopping Plaza, near DTLR and next to Suave House Barber Shop, Mclloyd Suites (Inside Suite 4). 

Sundays are VIP Days, incurring an additional $25 fee. Appointments after 6 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will incur an extra $40 charge. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; a late arrival of 30 minutes will incur a $25 charge to the card on file. 

For no-call, no-show situations, 50% of the service fee will be charged, and future bookings will be blocked. Appointments longer than 4 hours include a 30-minute break at 12:15 PM. 

Deposits secure one reschedule or adjustment. Waiting list appointments require a deposit within 24 hours. Appointment style changes must occur within 48 hours of booking; no changes are allowed on the day prior or day of. Only cash is accepted for the remaining balance.

Communication was great, professional, and fast. She finished an hour before time with the quality still being there. We also love a braider that isn’t constantly on their phone! 10/10 I found my official braider. 🥳🥂

Tiffany does a great job of styling my hair by accommodating my basic style choices. She recommends options that will protect my hair and provides tips for the style to last longer.

Booked with Tiffany for my daughter and she was very professional from the jump. Messaged back to answer my questions and was very good about helping me get the time I wanted. My first time going to Tiffany was extremely great ! She keeps good conversation, makes you feel comfortable. I feel like I’ve known her forever with my first time meeting her ! Tiffany is the ONLY person who’s ever braided my hair and it didn’t hurt(I’m very tender headed). Now she’s the person who does my locs. She’s friendly, professional and does great work. I always recommend her.
