Policy and Terms

📋 BODiSCULPTi Policies & Terms Effective Date: January 2022 By booking with BODiSCULPTi LLC, you agree to the following terms: 1. 💳 Booking & Deposits * A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service. * Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Credit/Debit Card (via booking system), Cash, and Apple Pay. * Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment can transfer your deposit one time to a new appointment. 2. ❌ Cancellations, No-Shows & Lateness * Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment result in deposit loss. * No-shows forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings. * Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and deposit loss. 3. 🧘‍♀️ Session Use & Transferability * Single sessions and packages must be used on a weekly or bi-weekly basis as recommended. * Sessions are non-transferable to other individuals. 4. 💸 Refunds * All deposits and completed services are non-refundable. * Results vary per individual and are not guaranteed. 5. 🩺 Health & Safety * Arrive in good health; notify us if you feel unwell. * Some health conditions may require a doctor’s note or may prevent treatment. * Service may be refused for health, safety, or behavior concerns. 6. 🧭 Client Responsibility * Body sculpting is not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle. * Optimal results require following hydration, diet, exercise, and aftercare recommendations. * Failure to follow guidance may delay or reduce results. 7. 📄 Agreement By booking an appointment with BODiSCULPTi LLC, you: * Confirm you have read and understood these Policies & Terms. * Agree to the booking, cancellation, lateness, payment, and results policies. * Accept responsibility for your role in achieving and maintaining results. * Acknowledge that deposits and services are non-refundable.
