POLICIES
Guarantee: eyelash extensions BNK  beauty harmony ,takes great pride in the work we do! If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 2 or 3 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we are proud to offer!
Appointment Policy: Lash BNK beauty harmony requires all appointments to be reserved with a credit or debit card.
Cancellation Policy: Lash BNK  beauty harmony requires 24-hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling an appointment. Cancelling within 4 hours of your appointment will be considered a no-show and those fees will apply. Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in 50% of the scheduled service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Late Policies: Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available. If you are at least 30 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and fees may apply.
Refunds: Lash BNK beauty  harmony does not offer refunds on services. We do however, offer a GUARANTEE POLICY (see above).
Allergies: If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered before your appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.
▶️Children: We cannot accommodate small children in the lash room as our team will not be able to provide supervision. Thank you for your consideration.

Cancellation Policy.: We kindly request a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of all appointments, including complimentary touch-ups, without exceptions. 

▶️Booking Deposit: Certain services necessitate a $50 non-refundable booking deposit, which will be credited toward your service cost. This deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment
          

▶️Touch-Up Appointments: While essential for some treatments, touch-ups need to be scheduled separately and are integral to achieving the best results.

▶️ In-Studio Policy: To ensure a serene and safe environment for all, we cannot accommodate children or pets during appointments.

▶️ Contraindications: Please be aware that contraindications may emerge post-treatment, possibly affecting the feasibility of future services.

▶️ Procedure Eligibility: An appointment does not guarantee a procedure. Conditions not disclosed prior or identified upon arrival that contravene our safety standards (e.g., specific health conditions, under the influence of substances, unrealistic expectations, or desired shapes we do not offer) will result in cancellation and loss of your deposit. A new booking will require a new deposit.

By scheduling an appointment with BNK Beauty Harmony, customers agree to reschedule appointments 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide a reason for canceling within 24 hours will result in the loss of any deposit paid. Customers arriving more than 20 minutes late without reason will be considered a cancellation, resulting in a delay for the next scheduled customer. Customers are required to disclose any eye conditions before scheduling an appointment.
