BMR Sports & Remedial operates from 2 locations in Wollongong: Monday & Friday from UOW Main Campus Gym (URAC) and Tuesdays from Phytness Health care in Fairy Meadow.  On Wednesdays and Thursdays we are open in Shellharbour City Centre

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 4 hours before start time, the earliest notice the better to allow for reallocation of the appointment. For cancellations within 4 hours, 50% of the scheduled fee will be charged. For no shows appointments with no prior notice 75% of scheduled fee will be charged. Thankyou for your understanding. 

Mike is the best in the biz. Knowledgeable, and finds all the places that need attention without making you feel you’ve been hit by 10 bricks!! Also gives advice on how to manage things between visits. Do yourself a favour and book yourself in

Michael is an outstanding massage therapist.  His knowledge of anatomy and physiology  is exemplary and  I recommend him to anyone I know looking for a remedial massage therapist.
