These Policies & Terms apply to services provided by BLENDED. by Lauren Schoeffer. Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of 75% of the appointment value may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that they have read and understood this policy.
