Policy and Terms

Dear guests Welcome to BK ELEGANCE Beauty Studio & Academy ! IMPORTANT INFORMATION!! IF you are New to BK ELEGANCE , you are expected to book a PATCH TEST before booking your appointment further. If No patch test booked beforehand - you will be charged a non refundable deposit fee and your appointment will not go ahead. DEPOSIT of patch test is £10 and is fully refundable upon arriving at the appointment, or can be deducted from the upcoming appointment if booked. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling or you will loose deposit. To arrive Late up to 10 minutes is acceptable; however, exceeding this timeframe results in appointment cancellation without a refund. This policy ensures our commitment to providing quality service without compromising our schedule during busy times. REFUND Please be adviced you will be refunded in Case of Allergic reaction Only . ( Unfortunately it happens as patch test may not be 100%accurate ) you will be asked immediately to come and remove your lashes where possible and refund will be issued. Deposit will be refunded on the day of your visit . Model must be 18-30 years old . Prwferably clean skin , Comfortable with video and photo to be taken for social media porposes . Time for lash lift and brows around 2 hours , for lash extensions model is needed for around 4 -5hours. Based in parkstone ,poole.

Sometimes we need models for different zones to do PMU treatments. Models must be in her 20-30 years old. Model must have no previous PMU. Model will be asked to stay for a photoshoot after procedure. Once booked, you will be asked to send a photo of yourself in order to arrange appointment.
