Dear guests Welcome to BK Lashes Studio & Academy! Please read carefully, IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! IF you are New to BK Lashes Salon, you are expected to book a PATCH TEST before booking your appointment. If No patch test booked beforehand - you will be charged a non refundable deposit fee and your appointment will not go ahead. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling or you will loose deposit. To arrive Late up to 10 minutes is acceptable; however, exceeding this timeframe results in appointment cancellation without a refund. This policy ensures our commitment to providing quality service without compromising our schedule during busy times. REFUND Please be adviced you will be refunded in Case of Allergic reaction Only . ( Unfortunately it happens as patch test may not be 100%accurate ) you will be asked immediately to come and remove your lashes where possible and refund will be issued.
