Policy and Terms
Hi! Welcome to BEAUTY BY KC. When you book you are required to pay a NONREFUNDABLE deposit, and that does go to your service, if you need to cancel please do 24 hours before your appointment, or you will lose that deposit, no show will pay remaining balance and another deposit before booking another service . I give a 10 minute grace period after your appointment has started, after that it will be a no show. Communicate with me, and I’ll communicate with you. If you are paying through booking app, you have 10 mins to pay it or you will be charged an extra fee. If you don’t see a time / day that works for you, let me know. Thank you and I can’t wait to see you in my chair! 💖
